A comprehensive guide, endorsed by the Boatwright Family Day Care Center & Cherise A. Williams Corporation, designed to empower individuals in cultivating heart-healthy habits. This toolbox includes inspiring messages and materials aimed at encouraging both youth and adults to adopt practices that lower the risk for heart disease and stroke.


Founded by Award-Winning Author, CEO & Chairman Cherise A. Williams, a massive heart attack survivor, this toolbox fosters a global community dedicated to combating heart disease, enabling children and families to take charge of their heart health with manageable steps.


Our toolbox has Real people sharing workouts, sponsor packages, virtual heart check, inspiring quotes, personal examples and impactful messages to encourage others to take care of their heart health. These videos and messages can be viewed by clicking the links or downloaded from our Dropbox.


In collaboration with the American Heart Association Heart Walk at Nova Southeastern University, Nurture the Powerful YOU Foundation, Nurture the Powerful YOU® with Cherise A. Williams and the Healthy Heart Network, we strive to provide engaging resources for a healthier tomorrow.

A heart filled with gratitude attracts a multitude of blessings and is crucial for enhancing your overall health. Starting your wellness journey with a grateful mindset is the first step towards a more fulfilling life.


Action Step:Take time each day to write down three things you are grateful for in your journal. This simple practice can transform your outlook on life.


Planning Your Journey 

Every journey needs a clear plan. This includes knowing your goals, where you are starting from, and how you will reach your destination. Think of gratitude as your guiding light, helping you navigate through life's journey.


Action Step: Map out your wellness goals for the next 7 days, 30 days, 1 month, and a year. Be specific about what you want to achieve and how you plan to get there.


Becoming the CEO of Your Wellness

Action Step: Schedule a health check-up or a wellness session. Making this appointment is a step towards taking control of your health journey.

Join us as we continue to support Cherise A WIlliams Heart Health Campaign, aiming to positively impact millions. At the core of our journey is the understanding that good health forms the bedrock of all our endeavors, fundamentally rooted in mindset. As we navigate the path of health and wellness, we embrace tools for consistent self-care. My personal healing journey taught me the power of belief and the transformative role of mindset in overcoming challenges.


We recognize the importance of affirming our worth and embracing a vision destined for fulfillment. Surrounding ourselves with a supportive circle of trust is crucial, as the right words from the right person at the right time can propel us forward. Committing to being our best selves and saying yes to our well-being is paramount.


What awaits us on this journey is the non-negotiable commitment to our heart health. Let's explore three transformative strategies:


1. The Power of Prayer and Community Connection: Create or join a prayer community for spiritual healing and growth.

2. Mindful Movement: Engage in activities like yoga, tai chi, or walking, blending physical exercise with mindfulness.

3. Mental Nourishment through Continuous Learning: Keep the mind engaged and stimulated by learning new skills or knowledge.


As we embark on this journey, I declare with transformative declarations that will guide us:


1. I declare my health and wellness are the foundation of my life—it's unquestionable.

2. I declare my health and wellness are non-negotiable priorities.

3. I declare I am the CEO of my own health and wellness journey.

4. I declare I commit to 90 days of dedicated focus on my health and wellness.

5. I declare I nourish my spirit with 6:00 am prayer within a prayer community.

6. I declare in the chaos of life, I will meditate daily to recenter myself.

7. I declare I will remain steadfast in my vision, letting go of any distractions along the way.


8. I declare millions will stop for my story, captivated by the journey. By sharing my truth, I will inspire others to step out and share their stories unapologetically, refusing to live in someone else's narrative. When I tell my story, it will encourage you to reflect: What will you gain from it? How will it empower you to live your own truth? Join Our Heart Health Movement - Heart Beat Counts


Dear Friends and Supporters,


Heart disease is a leading cause of death, but together, we can make a difference. Our campaign is dedicated to spreading awareness and encouraging healthy living in collaboration with the American Heart Association and Nova Southeastern University at the Broward Heart Walk. We believe that everyone has a role to play in the fight against heart disease.


By engaging our communities, we can empower individuals to make better choices regarding food, nutrition, and lifestyle. Remember, a healthy business starts with a healthy heart and a healthier you.


Cardiac arrest does not discriminate; it can affect anyone. That is why it is crucial to be informed and prepared. Cherise A. Williams's experience is a powerful reminder that not everyone survives a massive heart attack, with 10 to 15% of heart attack victims not making it. However, many of these tragedies can be prevented with awareness and education.


We are calling on everyone - churches, schools, businesses, athletes, models, dancers, and golf enthusiasts - to spread the word and take action.


If you or someone you know experiences unexplained pain under the left shoulder blade, chest pain, or shortness of breath, please seek medical help immediately.


What can you do to help? Ensure your community is ready to respond to cardiac emergencies. Talk to your administrators, community organizations, workplaces, or sports facilities about implementing a Cardiac Emergency Response Plan and getting CPR training. Together, we can create a nation of lifesavers.
