Founded by Award-Winning Author, CEO & Chairman Cherise A. Williams, a massive heart attack survivor, this toolbox fosters a global community dedicated to combating heart disease, enabling children and families to take charge of their heart health with manageable steps.
Our toolbox has Real people sharing workouts, sponsor packages, virtual heart check, inspiring quotes, personal examples and impactful messages to encourage others to take care of their heart health. These videos and messages can be viewed by clicking the links or downloaded from our Dropbox.

Every journey needs a clear plan. This includes knowing your goals, where you are starting from, and how you will reach your destination. Think of gratitude as your guiding light, helping you navigate through life's journey.
Action Step: Map out your wellness goals for the next 7 days, 30 days, 1 month, and a year. Be specific about what you want to achieve and how you plan to get there.
Taking charge of your wellness journey is vital. If you don't, who will? It's equally important to advocate for your health and well-being.
Action Step: Schedule a health check-up or a wellness session. Making this appointment is a step towards taking control of your health journey.

Heart disease is a leading cause of death, but together, we can make a difference. Our campaign is dedicated to spreading awareness and encouraging healthy living in collaboration with the American Heart Association and Nova Southeastern University at the Broward Heart Walk. We believe that everyone has a role to play in the fight against heart disease.
By engaging our communities, we can empower individuals to make better choices regarding food, nutrition, and lifestyle. Remember, a healthy business starts with a healthy heart and a healthier you.
Cardiac arrest does not discriminate; it can affect anyone. That is why it is crucial to be informed and prepared. Cherise A. Williams's experience is a powerful reminder that not everyone survives a massive heart attack, with 10 to 15% of heart attack victims not making it. However, many of these tragedies can be prevented with awareness and education.
We are calling on everyone - churches, schools, businesses, athletes, models, dancers, and golf enthusiasts - to spread the word and take action.
If you or someone you know experiences unexplained pain under the left shoulder blade, chest pain, or shortness of breath, please seek medical help immediately.
What can you do to help? Ensure your community is ready to respond to cardiac emergencies. Talk to your administrators, community organizations, workplaces, or sports facilities about implementing a Cardiac Emergency Response Plan and getting CPR training. Together, we can create a nation of lifesavers.
